Your individual answers will not, at any time, be disclosed publicly by I Lost My Gig Canada partners or by third parties unless you explicitly grant consent.
However, I Lost My Gig Canada’s Surveys are not a typical confidential survey.
In addition to sharing anonymously aggregated survey results publicly, I Lost My Gig Canada may also grant relevant third parties restricted access (i.e. named access) or group-based access to individual answers in order to enable further research activities, including analyzing results, aggregating results into consolidated datasets, pre-populating answers in subsequent surveys, etc. Relevant third parties may include arts service organizations, unions, researchers and governmental agencies and departments.
By consenting to this policy, participants also consent to receive occasional email updates from I Lost My Gig Canada on the results of the survey plus invitations to subsequent surveys to follow semi-monthly or quarterly for as long as COVID-19 cancellations and postponements continue to impact Canada’s arts and culture industry. Participants may opt-out of further email communications by contacting hello@ilostmygig.ca.
Participants may answer the survey more than once, or return in the future to update their answers.
